Reviewed overlay for SN63 using the official qBittensor Labs website and Enigma source repository. This re-review pass fixed 2 surfaces having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932. Re-checked for an OpenAPI schema (none found, matching gap_notes) and confirmed no dedicated Enigma subdomain exists on qbittensorlabs.com. On-chain identity re-confirmed unchanged.
